CHALLENGE
Hillrom was looking to increase awareness of their connected care solutions as a way to reduce strain on medical staff and enable better patient care.
INSIGHTS
Nurses spend 70% of their time on tasks other than direct patient care. Due to staffing shortages and an influx of patients, Nurses are overworked and 1 in 4 plan to leave bedside care, change professions or retire.
SOLUTION
Using real-life scenarios, I developed two distinct patient stories that could be cut together to form the brand Anthem. The first tells the story of how Hillrom's products streamline communications enabling Nurses to treat patients better. The second centers around how Hillrom's smart technology helps care teams respond to crisis faster.
